Getting Five Grams of Creatine Per Day From Food

There's a sevenfold difference in regards to how much creatine phosphate gets stored if you take it around the time of exercise versus not. The protocol for creatine could be three to five grams per day plus carbohydrates in that one hour window after exercise. And ideally too, with about two 30 40 grams of protein as well, we'll help with the insulin release and help with the creatine being stored.
