As we run usalist, an email automation platform, there is one layer of things that is completely ignored until like you start implementing. That is the layer of customer data and tracking the behavior of what people do in the language of properties events. What stage do you plan for those the ways to understand what exactly the customer is doing or is not doing in the app? I mean, that's one of the great advantages of quantitative data where we can usually figure out a lot of that up front.
