Coaching style is different for every single athlete. We test athletes as best we can, not every athlete can get into the lab. I'm not very big on creating such a massive training load that's going to require a lot of recovery from one specific session or from one specific overload week. Our method is definitely like, how can we just fold us into ther life? So that the final thing is to be consistent.
