Creatine Dosing for Vegans and Vegetarians

A lot of our studies, we actually use a relative dosing strategy. So if you're 50 kilograms, then you would take 5 grams per day. A bigger athlete might require a little bit more. They just have more muscle mass, more turnover of creatine within their body compared to a smaller athlete. We'll split the difference there. And remind listeners how long that's for again. Five to seven days. The research looked at six days, but we say five to seven just to give a bit of a range. We will split the difference between those two numbers.
