I wrote a whole novel called the measurement problem, which is about the fact that capitalism is really good at rewarding what it can measure. And very often these leadership attributes are things we value that are really, really difficult to measure. So you've got to really make sure that you're that you're measuring what matters, but also that you're aware of the measurement problem.
