Are You Pulling in People From All Levels of the Organization?

Diversity matters in all senses of the word. What you want to do is, as you say, get people to think outside of the box. It's very difficult to do that if you don't recognize the box that you're in. And so then, after this initial brain storming, you settle on several future scenarios that you want to explore further. You want futures that are distinctive from each other, that are plausible, and that together represent as much as you can of the possible future....
