The Importance of Power in Crossfit
Jumping is a movement that needs to be preserved on its own and trained as such. I don't think it's something that you can just forget about and say, eh, good enough for some things. If we follow the trail of breadcrumbs and maintaining as much complexity and challenge as possible, that speaks to capacity somewhere else. They require balance. They require a great range of motion, coordination, a sequencing,. You know, they have to engage their brain with their body.
