I've only been in Hutch for about two months and it's terrible. The entire state of Kansas is a dead beat hellhole. Some of the people here are super friendly, but they are not from here mostly. Police have nothing to do. They just drive slow to be in your way. If you're selling something cheap, expect the area of population to want it even cheaper.
