I Never Over Capitalized the Business
I never over capitalized the business. I was always afraid that the outcome may not be so great, and over capitalizing just meansle to go around in the future. We could have easily gotten over o sed competitors that had 102, hundred, 300 million dollars in capital raised. And i was always worried about what happens if we keep raising capital. This was important because through these various rounds of investment, you, on paper, owned less than half of the company. So case we got o busness later voting our relation necessary, because at some point that may have been the case.
