How to Treat Lupus
Lupus would be the classic one. You would check your anchors for anchor vasculitis and then you would check an anti-GBM antibody for good pastures disease. The compliments will also help you with some of the connective tissue disorder. Finally in these patients I encourage everyone to try and perform a bronchoscopy fairly urgently because first of all it helps you prove diffuse alveolar hemorrhage.
