How to Deal With Unexpected Things in User Research
Chris Farley: I saw you speak at unbox and it was really great. And a big part of your talk was around, what happens when things don't go as planned in user research? Mm hmm. It would have been really helpful to have kind of printouts of our screen if we're going to be in an area where we weren't sure if we had like connectivity. Another thing too, which would have been helpful is if we were showing HTML prototypes. So just turning off your Wi-Fi isn't always the best idea.
