Don't hire too many creative people who have tons of more ideas than you ou, because then you will be just a company with great ideas, and nothing will happen. So it's more like we build and create a structure around you with people who support you in making your idea happen. You would justlike be able to just kill your instructor every day. If you ere not, somehow caged from from good people who just leverage the best ideas you have. That is fascinating. I'd justie, get my eagle under control and listen to them. M n m m. But, but you need just like, strong, strong people around you who keep your focus. Because
