I think we all have to contribute as a community to the fact that these experiences become better and better. And there's loads of questions to be uncovered before you actually go into a conversational project. So yes, it takes some investments, some time, and some efforts to do these things. But it will pay down the line because you won't be playing a guessing game. Because you'll have a lot more insight into what types of questions your user might be asking.
