Sarah: I was really surprised looking at the clinical studies that have been conducted so far and what they have seemed to omit in their study design is quite surprising. They don't seem to have followed them up after the intervention to see, well, if there is a positive effect, does it end the day after you stop taking your probiotic or does it continue? Is this like a continuous treatment? And again, yeah, just the sample size. They're more like pilot studies, not many of them are powered to really show anything.
