How do we make callestral? Very complexly. It's a a multi stage process, 20 o 30 individual steps where one molecule is changing into another,. and end of the day, collestral is made. Lanostral being the first sterl that appears in the clustral synthesis chain. So once you go through squalling an and ten tet bends into a ring structure. Laostral has to become callestral, so lenastral. There's cross talk between the pathways, but it has one or two pathways that it's going to go down. And at the end of the Day, both pathways, you'll wind up with callustral. No good
