In older adults, because of allostatic load, which is the impact of trauma over time, we realized that that challenge skills sweet spot could shrink. It could be as slow as 1%. That was the whole go 1 inch at a time. Go really slow and hold yourself back more. We had great luck with it. Obviously, it doesn't just apply to skiing or snowboarding. The inner game of tennis is the same idea.
