How to Optimize Turns to Work
A good analogy that I like to use a lot is if someone's struggling financially and they're looking for ways to get themselves in the green. Maybe it's not the gym or training that we need to make more efficient maybe there's other things outside of the gym that you can modify. Even in the gym sometimes if it if something's painful we need to look outside the gym and what are we doing in the 23 22 hours outside of the Gym that are affecting our pain?
