How to Build an M&A Function for a Hyperscaler Company
It's very difficult to buy companies while growing over 60% a year or over 100% a year. The main challenge is all the people in the company are already working 150% capacity. You need somebody to truly understand that it's the organization and then can execute M&A when you grow in super quickly. It's mainly in hyperscalers. There is a lack of middle management. Even middle management is trying to now hire more people to become more senior management because the company is growing so quickly.
