You can be in zone three the dreaded zone three this is a good time to be in the zone three in the middle and you can go fun hard. Then you know you can do something that's really focused if you're doing it on a treadmill or on a hill. Just moving and keeping things going eating staying healthy I think that this is also worth saying at this point in your training there is probably not a whole lot as you get towards the end here there probablyProbably weight of about half what you're gonna be carrying on your ultimate goal climb  is sort of a baseline for climbing.
