The Best Training Split I've Ever Doed
The best split that I've ever done is called a push pull. And then I had two leg days. More recently, I began experimenting with a six-day training split where I take each of those six main lifts and assign one day to each of them. The basic of the basis of my training program is centered around the core movements kind of what like Esperanza was saying, push, pull, hinge, squat and carry. These are all basic functional strength exercises you're going to want to perform deep into your age.
