You've got to hone in and or identify what your strengths are. You can set up whatever you want that they are, but if you don't know what good ones are, then it doesn't really matter exactly. We actually work better within boundaries. The more you can actually let go, the bigger your business can grow. It's not necessarily a across the bord thing. That's the same for everybody.
