The Importance of Listening Closely
I used to think I was dairy free, but then I noticed that there's sometimes when I eat dairy and I'm fine. And I'm like, huh, there's something here where maybe I'm making myself dairy free. Or making myself think that I am. So because you thought it was like a good thing to be. Well, if you look for any evidence or something is good or bad, you will find it. Rather than let it be easy, rather than let. your mind make those decisions. You can just easily much more easily pick it up and try to get there by making yourself get there.
