If you are lifting even a remotely moderate amount of weight, you're not even the 90 ninth. You're in the 99 point and run. And i think that gets lost in lott times, especially as weu've had this manifestation of social media to wher it used to be. The problem is all we see are these people doing free things. So everyone compares themselves to the freaks, instead of realizing how much those individuals are outliers.
