How to people actually get the best performance of the whole training circle on riceday? Well, there's these marker sets that i was alludid to are really, really key. I'll use a very specific example. A christie didn't want to use a power meter. She just wanted to look at speed. And one of the things that she did, which was pretty remarkable, as we got into the race season, we're getting closer to the race, i mentioned that these v o two workouts were really key.
