I was thinking about the fact that you know how Alice is very much into spirituality. What are some of the spiritual practices that people can engage in that can either reduce some of the stresses as Moses just said like that's what we need to get towards, and or help us to deal with ones that perhaps we can't necessarily completely get rid of at the moment or immediately. I think a starting point, obviously, for everyone to do is to actually spend some time silently by themselves in nature. If you're going to create a ritual around it, create something special.
