Greg's posts are very carefully given with the necessary caveats and limitations and context that we need to take these things which is often missing in a lot of the information around the fitness industry. In terms of of like online sources that I do use um the Alan Aragon research review and the strength and conditioning research review I read both of those  and that's really about it. Most most of what I read is just books, if I want to know more about a subject I via textbook about it and just read the textbook uh and then kind of like questions generated from that.
