How to Grow Muscle in a Set of 20 Hack Squats

The downside of going to failure all the time is that you will accumulate lots of fatigue. Failure takes a price because you got to really wake the hell up to go to failure in a set of 20 hack squats. On average, roughly two reps in reserve is the average best training relative effort. But perhaps another good idea is starting every training progression with three or four reps in reserve.
