The Importance of Pronation in Athletic Performance

Great athletes are very similar to everyone else that I work with. The big difference is that they adapt really fast. They adapt faster. They will learn skills super fast. So a lot of the time, yeah, I just think they're cool to work with. It's where we're working hard. This is where our body is stacked over our foot. And that's where naturally all of us should be in our most pronated state. Before that earlier stance and later stance would be more supination. In the middle is more pronation.
