I signed up with your program during the pandemic. Because I said, this is a good time to try this. So I do well using the low heart rate,. Just focus on mileage during my summer times. And then I tend to really have good fall. That was surely at James of Plants. Yeah. Well, and then your times did start to come down further and further again. But you still know that that is not like, I know I have more in me that that's not like the best I can do.
