00:00
Introduction
Episode 53 of the secular buddhism podcaste. Noah rosheda talks about freedom from anger and hatred. He says we can distinguish be anger and hatred in two ways, intensity and duration. Anger might be triggered when a loved one does something that frustrates us but it doesn't crowd out all the other feelings for that person. And hatred lasts longer and it's more pervasive. It tends to overwhelm us and obscure everything else we might feel.
