Is it primarily for large customers that need a lot of hand-holding? Or is it also, could it be for probably not self-serve, but like a step above that as well? I would say that arrows is somewhere in the middle and that it looks a lot like a project management tool. So the place where we find that arrows fits is when you have a human in the loop on the internal side.
