Felt Like I Was Rejecting Food During a Run
For about five days after the race, every time i ate, my stomach hurt. It's just like rejecting food. I wonder if there's anything you can do to actually, like, hep your stomach hold oup better. Your nervous system ould hold up better, like idon. In some mine are aches and pains and injuries, but recovery based off of my with leadvilles, night and day. Ye ye. Stuck to my guns, man, go that olive garden.
