Is There a Benefit to Shortening Your Eating Window?

Time restricted eating is popular in the Silicon Valley. People cut out about 550 calories per day if they eat within a four to six hour window. Most Americans choose 12 to eight p m, but i do think it is healthier for people to place the window earlier. The animal studies don't really translate to what we're seeing in humans because animals have no choice at this point.
