The Importance of Eating Properly

People with sleep disturbances are known to have much higher rates of every chronic disease out there. Cortis is lowest at around 3 or 4 p.m. And it's cortisol is highest at around 6 to 8 a.m. in the morning. So basically people that do not eat sufficient amount of carbs at night before going to bed, will wake up feeling unrested and probably gittery next day.
