The Future of Interest Rates
Inflation and interest rates are highly likely to remain the dominant considerations, influencing the investment environment for the next several years. While history shows that no one can predict inflation, it seems likely to remain higher than what we became used to after the GFC at least for a while. The course of interest rates will largely be determined by the Fed's progress in bringing inflation under control.
