How to Paint a Feeling
Paintings can express any feeling you want. I was having a really hard time we've had some bad news lately in a few areas of life and I just felt so beaten down I just couldn't face painting. So I decided, I'm going to film a demo on painting a bad feeling to show people how it feels to let go. And that afternoon I went back in and looked at it andI was like, Oh, I'mGoing to add some color to it now. That's what is so wonderful about painting for me besides making paintings to sell I learned things about myself through the active doing it.
