The Importance of Power Meters in Cycling
Power is a more accurate measurement of how much fuel you need rather than hot rate power literally is the fuel you're using. So if I'm 20% efficient, and I'm burning 200, it's actually one fifth. That means a thousand joules per second is my literally that's my energy cost to move at 200 watts. You know that massive advantage over me in a rugby world because unfortunately, there is no device that has anywhere near that accuracy that I could put on a rugby player in the game.
