When you're doing a new program, are we going to try to not duplicate any of those movements in the next one or yeah, talk to me about that. Like Ben Bruno famously said, effective strength training is doing the same 10 to 15 exercises over and over and over again until you die. So we make slight changes. But generally, I will not program the same variation two months in a row, but it will be a very close variation with slight changes.
