I want people to just tell me the truth as they see it and not try to sugar coat the feedback. It's a signe to me that you haven't built real trust or respect in the relationship. And i'm okat with people having their own self interest and a better outcome for someone else. The only reason you say somethingif there's something in it for you or in it for that person.
