The first time i officially did a meditation was like, oh, my gosh, this is amazing. Ended up staying up really late last night and doing stuff that needed to get done. Well, guess what happened to day? I had all these big expectations for what i should do to day. And guess what?  I sat down, i started writing one meditation, and then i was like, putting myself to sleep. So the point is, is that, like i, i let myself rest to day. Rest will allow me to sort of have a new phase of energy.
