Open Source and Skunk Works

At the start up you get to work on tee foundational stuff, like where we are building wamor clever thinks. Whereas when you work in an established company, you are contributing to an elderly, established process. So a lot ofisay that ther a lot of skunk works is what they call it,. You basely start a project that's open source internally within a big company, prove its usage and then eventually leave with that temporaly. And if not, then, you know, if you don't fit, then then there's no point for you trying, because you're just going to struggle really hard.
