A lot of people in negotiations who are hard charging are type A personalities. But one thing I've learned over the years is that patients and listening are two skills I really needed to develop. And it's remarkable to me, to some extent, I'm an external to a lot of negotiations. So it's easier because I'm dealing with their children and not my children.
