Is Taunting Un-Sportsmanlike in Chess?
In chess, there's a forfeiture rule which says that a player cannot intimidate their opponent. But is it more general that it's just, they can't engage in un-sportsmanlike conduct? And the idea is intimidation un- sportsmanlike. Which is clearly- Well, even at the master level. The point is it doesn't have to be intimidation. It could be like standing up and pissing on the chessboard, right? Would clearly be un-Sportsmanlike. Mark O'Mara: Dworkin was making an analogy between a judge in chess and a judge in a judicial system.
