When we are disconnected from our bodies, we are susceptible to coming under influence. And so it gets to a point where you just don't know what you think and you have a computer or whatever,. But they are not your thoughts. And you have no understanding of those thoughts. You have a belief system that may create a sensation in you of feeling like they're your thoughts but usually fear. That's where you're brainwashed. So whenever I know what's going on and where I'm coming from, how do I know that these thoughts are mine?
