We talked about supplements just a little bit and you did an awesome series with Andrew Huberman that I thought was excellent. Are there no brainers out there that you think every athlete should consider? He says Vitamin D, like he said, it is ubiquitous. There are some potential in some slight downsides to that, but the most part you don't have to worry about it, especially like baseball crowd.
