Introduction

Ashish Jain is the founder of off business one of the unicorn amongst unicorns. He believes India needs to create a million jobs a month broadly we are kind of 20% there and that delta of employment deficit will only be solved if 24, 25, 26 year old graduating from college entering into their first job becomes entrepreneurial not an entrepreneur. Ashish says it took him a while to realize that this is not who I was this is not how I grew up  and in that moment he wanted to change his life.
