The Benefits of Exercise on Insolent Sensitivity

Exercise is not a free pass to eat anything without compunction. You do have to consider the duration of your exercise. How many days a week are you working out, or maybe even times a day? And then the big one is intensity. Low intensity work can and should be predominantly fat fueled. But insolen inhibits lopolysis. So hold off on the sugar water or the jail blocks if all you're doing is going for a couple of walks around the block over your lunch hour.
