Kalash: I've realized that people who come only for the money kind of go away for money. We haven't ever hired a person promising ESOPs or whatever. Even our ESOPs are, you know, they have no strike price so they're essentially more RSU's than ESOPs. The tech team again is just exactly that. No pedigree in terms of no IITs and whatnot. Doesn't everyone hobby programmers? Kalash: It's almost impossible to replace him.
