Graduate Maywell: What Motivated You to Study Psychology?
A, i had a good opportunity when i was as an undergraduate to do research with my mentor, niletsky. His area at the time was in am a kind of that bridge between social and personality,. And so i had worked a lot on that. At the time, i thought that was like all, that's what i wanted to do. So i applied to schools where there were faculty that did that kind of work. Ended up at stanford a and ended up doing totally different kinds of work. But that's how i first, you know, decided that i wanted to be a social psychologist.
