Do Stimulants Really Increase Heart Rate?
Small amounts of stimulants, even if they raise your resting heart rate. That won't necessarily raise your active heart rate. If you're an individual who takes in a large amount to cafin, you know, 304, hundred, 500 milligrams a day, like some people do, almost without even noticing. You'll then notice that those heart rate zones do go a little bit higher.
